Appellant, Marcos Zavala, was convicted of driving while intoxicated in a trial before the court. In two points of error, appellant challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction. More particularly, appellant asserts that the State failed to prove that he operated a vehicle at any specific hour of the day while he was intoxicated. We affirm.
